Delivery time
To keep the costs for our customers as low as possible, we deliver our products directly from our suppliers to your address. Due to the elimination of transport and storage costs, we can offer our products for a lower price than our competitors and you do not pay shipping costs (with the exception of the free products). It should be taken into account that the delivery time is slightly longer than you may be used to. The estimated delivery time of our products is between 5-23 working days .
PLEASE NOTE: Because we work with different suppliers, it can happen that when you order multiple products, you will receive the products separately from each other.
Return Information
LittleGift LTD always strives to provide the best quality and service to its customers. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that a product does not completely meet your wishes. In this case, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt and we will ensure that the purchase amount is in your account within 5 days of receipt of the return. To be eligible for a refund of the purchase price, the returned product must be returned in its original condition and with tags and labels. The product must not contain any traces of use. Shipping costs are for your own account.
Easy returns in 3 simple steps
Step 1. Contact us to get the return form then fill it in completely.
It is important that you indicate in this document whether you need a different size/color or if you want to return the items and the items in question.
Step 2. Send your order.
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track & Trace code. This is very important, because this way you have proof that you have actually returned the package.
Step 3. Receive the purchase amount on your account.
Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is returned to your bank account within 5 working days. If you have chosen to exchange an item, a new order will be placed with the same supplier.
